Excellent animation! The sound clip you’ve used could be higher quality, it’s a little quiet.
The rigging is great, tackling huge muscles lie this is no mean feat…

I really like the lip sinc but i was bothered by the muscles in the arms and maybe the abs. There looked to be an unnatural deformation on his left shoulder and his right bicep seems weightless.
apart from that i thought it was brilliant.

Great Animation and Lipsync,
Your animation caused a little discussion in the office it was about how long an animation like this would take to create.
When you made the animation how long did it take for you and what did you use to create the animation.
And how long do you think would it take for you to create a same level of detail animation now? (incl. all modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation)

I’m kind of curious about the transformations of the muscles when he’s doing more “hulk”-like movements: if you look at the last pic you posted, that really looks impressive

I would say overall I liked it. I think you have some issues with muscle morphology.
…The one thing that jumps out at me specifically in the animation is the forearm. The contraction is backwards, when the hand extends you have the hand extensors stretching instead of contracting.
Some nice work with great potential. Well done.

Sweet Dude!
My eye caught a little crashing hand on the table when he knocks and is relaxing the hand on the table… minor thing but reduces the beleivibility of the scene. Other than that the lip sync is pretty good, acting is very good too. I feel you over used the sneer but that is a very minor thing and gives more attitude to the character.

is it just me or does he look a bit like sean penn 
the lipsync wasn’t bad (it still looks rigged, though… what IS it about lipsync that never looks quite right?), and the flexing muscles were amazing!

Wow,
this looks cool. I think that the zigomaticus (mussles) are too accentuated. Try tor relax those mussles and make the jaw open more:wise:

I love it!
Although the soundtrack was low quality I suppose you arn’t shooting at being a sound tech so that’s no problem 
I am wild about the educated voice though that was terrific, a very nice contrast.
The flexing tities were great, someone had a comment about why lipsync looks unnatural. Maybe morphing the ribcage and chest to add breathing would look good.
I think weight is always the main problem with cg if you are shooting for real then you don’t have the advantages of someone who makes a cartoony piece.
This was one of the best ones I have seen though, real nice and hope to see more!

Great animation, good voice synch. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that the hard lines to the left and right of the bridge of his nose didn’t seem to shift with his expresion. Kind of looked like he was scrowling the whole time. I just think that it doesn’t hurt to over emphisie the expresions of nonhuman characters.
