Animate a Tea Leaf

hi,

i m new to 3ds Max & these days creating a commertial for a TEA company. i have created a leaf of green color

require:

First i need to turn fade from green color tea leaf to some brown or golden color.
Second when it turn into required color then start breaking this leaf into tea grains shape & then finally fall into the Tea bag which i have already created. plz dear help me to create this plz…
