animatable time scale

Hi there,

I am looking for some kind of plugin/script that I can use to animate the time scale of an animation. What I am looking for is something like the TimeWarp for after effects, where you can set speed keys on the timeline and you can even tweak the acceleration curves. I have seen something similar inside RayFire for 3dsmax, but I think that it only works with physics-based scenes. This is the kind of thing I’m trying to do (not the physics):
