She’s so cute… I like the chubby cheeks :thumbsup:.
Minor thing, the shape of her eyelids seems a bit strange - perhaps a bit to square? But I’m only nitpicking here… she’s really nice :slight_smile:

@ Lemog : whee Lolo , about the eyelashes , I usually modelise them , but this time I tried to apply an alpha map , easier to correct the overall shape without selecting each on , one by one … Will try to scale them up .
Yeah I know what you mean about the nurbs plans , that’s the reason I also use nurbs for creating hairs with maya … :scream:

Ok , I’m trying to find one hour or two to work on the girl , but the schedule lately is a bit insane … But I’m still on it , and willtry to post an update really soon …

But here’s a new version … not a significant update , but I tweaked the eyelashes , eyebrows … I completely reworked the haircut … Now I think I’m ready to start textures and pose … pheww …

Looking good, I have a newfound appreciation for how hard modeling is…:argh:…really makes me admire your skill level that much more. :slight_smile:

I think the textures will add a lot, looking forward to seeing what you will do. Going to be out of town for a bit, but I suppose that will give you some time to do some snailing. :smiley:

Globaly that seem good… just one point disturb me… eye’s shape make me thinks more to an adult than a child…
…but maybe it’s only a question of scale of the eyes parts.
Waiting impatiently the texturing… keep going… and especially faster :thumbsup: :scream:

aww - she’s cute! I agree with Lemog about the eyes but what jumped at me in particular is the nose - it’s totally a grown up person’s kind of shape! too narrow and sharp for a little girl IMO

this girlie is about the same age as yours and you can see how wide and flat and round her nose still is :slight_smile: hope that helps!

Ok maybe some of you noticed , but I had to cut off the furry pink beetle/mini Beckie project. Not because I got bored but because I finally started my big project … ( sounds the same to me) …

Totally different style , basically it’s gonna be a really long and ambitious project with a lot of characters , monsters and stuff … and since I already imagine some people faces in front of their screen , I planned several months to make it …

I got inspired by the old warhammer style and that’s why I wasn’t up to post it here (not sure if the theme project fits here) …

ok , started by the skeleton squad … I used this base skeleton mesh :

And then I started the dress them up :slight_smile:

The right one totally cracks me up :scream:

Until now , I got 4 … 9 planned …

@ Gunilla : hej Gunie :cool: , Thx a lot dear … I think I’ve never played “Dungeon Master” … was it the game where you had to raise and train trolls and gobelins to build your castle ?
Animate those fellows could be really hard … especially considering how lousy I am at animating … In fact they are really quickly rigged to get the pose but no complex rigging to perform a dance … but funny poses are still allowed :slight_smile: …

The real difficulty is to find a different kind of outfit to each skeleton … since they are skeletons the weakest warriors , they don’t have a particular sort of armor or weapon … they just put on what they find …
