Thx a lot for pointing , I might start to work on the lady again really soon and her hips definitely need some attention (no double meaning huh ? ) …

@ Rebeccak : Thx a lot Beckie Boop … And yeah he’s a really mad , in fact he’s weird character cause his mistress is also his mother. I didn’t made that up , I guess writters at GamesWorkshops have weird fantasy.

Ok some progress on the bunny ears dude . He’s a twisted version of Malekith the litch King from Warhammer universe . So the armor style really not mine . Many many details need to be add in maya then ZB …

Left one : light under armor part … Right one , with heavy armor. Sorry , not so much anat related .

What is the material you’ll use for the “underwear”? I just try to imagine how to put this thing on in the first place, it looks so tight fitting…Let’s see more of this!

Hey Sabie !

Thx a lot , in fact, the “light tight armor” is supposed to be wear directly on the flesh . The guy’s skin is almost totally burned so the armor is used to support wracked muscles . So theorically he couldnt take this off ever . All these details will be add with ZB.

Morning Steph!

The additional details on the body armor are coming along very good, I like it. Also the lower part of the head armor is great, though it’s a pity that we can’t see much of the face!:slight_smile:
But I’m not sure about the hat-thingy, not really fitting in style and detailing, don’t you think? Well, it’s still wip, so I’m eager to see what you make with it!

Hi Z! just thought I’d let you in on a little secret for UV unwrapping… Don’t know if you’re aware of some aussie ingenuity called UV layout… check the vids here.

It’s been handy for me. Another alien interface to learn (nothing is clicked with the mouse) but it took me about 4 hrs to learn and I’m never looking back

The armour is top! Even if the design is not yours the execution is great. I am a lover of silly hats and hairdoos because for games this helps define the shilloette of the character. I think the head gear is just fine.

I am not sure about the portrait. The ears look so thin they might not be able to support themselves and I cant find much musculature in the face. Other than that it looks like it is comming on great.:slight_smile:

@ Kanga : hey Chris , thx a lot , gladly appreciated . About the head , I got the same feeling than yours , I tweaked some stuff than erased it … So I’m still digging to look for a nice thing . Plus I think I need the hair to figure the right look I want. Thx for dropping by man.

Ok , everything’s unwrapped and the ZB/displace thingy is in the factory. I also threw some bones to get a pose for fun … so here :
