Hi …Rebecca…
A real pleasure seeing these latest works of yours…I like them all…
TOP ONE IS MY FAVORITE,Frame # 731…Great drawing technique …I also really like the motion and action element in it…topped off of course by that great anatomy knowlage showing/shining through…
Really like the twist in the figure, in the next to last one also on the preceeding page …
A very lucky bunch of students you have, I think…
KEEP INSPIRED, AND YOU WILL ALWAYS BE INSPIRING…Rebecca…![]()
LOL…I see that you have just posted a bunch more, while I was typing this, so now I will have more pleasure, and also more to write…
Really like the guy with the stick in his hands…Nice up angle on that figure:thumbsup: …Always a hard angle to do, for me anyways…
GREAT TO SEE YOU POSTING AGAIN …Rebecca :bounce:
Have to quite typing for now, my lower back has been killing me for two days now…making it hard to sit in front of the computer for too long…old injuries never die, they just keep coming back to haunt you… …oh well …such is life…
TAKE CARE
Glenn

Wheee, updated! Aah, I’m astonished by these drawings Rebecca. Don’t expect any crits. I’ll have them for my inspiration
Love the man with a stick and those more shaded drawing, but the fast gestures look great by themselves, they do capture the essence.
I guess teaching is going well, mm? And how great it must be to be taking classes with Vilppu!
Do show more! Full of inspiration!
killuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrupdateeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaarfgh!
:surprised:
back with less braindead comments after convalescence from awe-inducing info…:argh:
Great to see the gestures ! A lot of power in few lines. These are showing what a gesture should be! Saved them all and i’ll use them as inspiration
Cheers!

Magda, haha, thanks!
Here is another drawing I’m working on, from photo ref. I sort of like the way it is now and may leave it this way, sort of unfinished. Just got an upright easel and it’s making drawing a lot easier, vs. a tilting table.

its a very interesting work if left here…thnx for encouraging us all wid your work
raylistic and killermachine,
Thanks guys!
Here are some notes from today’s class with G. Vilppu. Will post my drawings later.

wow.now here is a lucky person who has got chance to study under great masters.study notes r really cool.i wish writing was lil more clear as it looks like it cud be a good help:deal:
Your linework makes me crazy
Really happy for you you’re able to be taught by Vilppu himself. I have his gesture DVD and it’s the best DVD I’ve ever bought (apart from Finding Nemo :p)
Your drawings look really beautiful but your (quick) handwriting sux (or else it are my reading capabilities that suck)
Please post some more :bounce:
