Lovely drawings! Would love to see more of these, I think they’re tremendously useful.
I particularly like the movement and looseness of the center one. Are these from ref or imagination? Looking forward to more!

Hi…Mohammad…
Nice 3d model…also like those drawings…![]()
If you are into creating figures from your imagination, you might get ahold of Burne Hogarths…DYNAMIC FIGURE DRAWING book if you can… Amazon .com, or Alibris .com …It will really be a big help to you in the area of creating figures…GREAT BOOK…ONE OF A KIND…
Plus doing master copies as Rebecca suggested is also a great way to refine your skills and techniques…and of course studies from life are are always a great additive to the mix…
Looking forward to seeing more of your work…![]()

Hi…Mohammad…![]()
Do you have Burne Hogarths…DYNAMIC LIGHT AND SHADE,…If not, try to get it…That book will teach you how to take your figures to a higher level…atmosphere, and a whole lot of different kinds of lighting and shading effects that help to creat and enhance the feeling and mood of your figures can be found in that book…one of my favorites, and a must have book for anyone who is going to creat figures and put them into creative envirorments also…
Have you tried to creat any figures using CONTI CRAYON, or CHARCOAL. I think you might really like the feeling and effect that those two techniques produce in the figures…they will give your figures wieght, volume and mass, where you can really make the figures pop in and out of the canvas, more so than you can with just line…they also give you a better sense of atmosphere in and around the figures.
Just some thoughts that might be of help to you in your 2d adventure…
…Looks like you have a pretty good handle on 3d already.
I really like that mechanical horse that you created, and also your 3D toe studies that I just saw in one of your other threads…FANTASTIC… That castle with the bridge is also GREAT…![]()
REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU TAKE YOUR 2D WORK TO THE LEVEL OF YOUR 3D WORK…WILL BE A GREAT SIGHT TO SEE ![]()
THANK YOU ALSO Mohammad FOR THE VISIT, and the KIND WORDS THAT YOU LEFT BEHIND YOU IN MY THREAD…
TAKE CARE
Glenn
Great to see the work done from imagination - a really nice way to test what you know.
Something I might recommend is doing timed sketches too from reference - simply tons of great ref can be found here:
I5 Minute Sketchathon - Thread 1: Reference
http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=199&t=298699
and there is an entire thread devoted to 15 minute sketches here:

Looking forward to more!

Rebeccak : tahnks because of this links …i will try to do some sketches from this references!
Hi coochaki,
I really like the gestural loose flow of some of the drawings on the first page. Really looking forward to drawings from ref, too.
And the drawing on your website of the father sheltering his kids is totally awesome!

You know those are excellent 3D models. You seem to have used less detail in the shape of the models but they look incredibly good for a smooth start.
Try getting your hands on some biology or medical school books about anatomy…sketching from real life can really help. I used to use my imagination and it was great but nine times out of ten I was drawing everything backwards and then one time I would get it to look like a real body…
Try going for sketching from a friend or family member!! rasti, khubeh ke iranihaye digari inja kar mikonan! I said that it’s great that an Iranian is working on CG- you’re rare in that country!
Hi Coochaki.
Nice works…i have also started studing on anatomy and muscles…
wish you the best and im waiting to see more .
(Happy new year…:))
