Anatomy Books - any recommendations?

#1

Hey Fellow CG Folk,

I have a question for good anatomy books, I already have quite a few books in the burne hogarth series, (I think I bought the twenty something reprint) I found these books very helpful, are there any others anyone can recommend first hand, at the moment I have been going off Amazon.com recommendations for anatomy books.

I probably want to concentrate on heads and underlying muscles as well as extreme positions etc.

Cheers
Brendan

Constructive Anatomy (Dover Books on Art Instruction)

The Human Machine (Paperback)

also this is one of my favorite:

Human Anatomy for Artists - The Elements of Form by Eliot Goldfinger

I would not be without this book, it has reference that you won’t find elsewhere.
In a book that is.
