So, you know I’ve known about Amorphium Pro for some time now,
but I’ve never given it serious thought as a real modeller…
I was checking out the EI home page and I took a look at the Amorphium page,
and I actually thought to myself… what the heck! Whats up with this software,
it looks like it’s a pretty good, capable package…
Anyone have good experience with it? Is it still fully supported by EI and how is it
to work with?

So I’ve been playing around with the Demo version of amorphium pro.
Wow, I’m pretty shocked about how cool it is and also that I’ve never heard of anyone
using it…
Without reading the manual or tutorials, I was able to sculpt a head very fast… details were bad, but I’ve never used the app before.
Now I’ve gone through some of the tutorials and I’m pretty close to deciding to purchase this.
Anyone out there use this?
Pros or cons?

Pros:
Great model translation app… brings in OBJ & 3DS without issue and exports fact
Perfect for morph targets… can even do multiple objects… just a dream for it
Great for smoothing models…
Cons:
OS X- Tiger… BROKEN… works in Panther and previous. I imagine it works on PC

I’m still playing with the app and am finding things that are pretty cool.
Load a height map, and smoothly displace the surface… cool!
