AMD or Intel for A:M?

opinions? Is one better than the other?

It’s a buyer’s market. They both work great. I have two AMD rigs running my copies of AM.

There’s some good mobo chipsets out there now for both CPU types. Check out sharky’s forums for a great place to get on top of hardware before you buy.
