Is there a way to import footage into a project so that you can delete the original footage, and after effects does not reference it, thus losing the work if you delete the source footage?
For example, in photoshop you can import a picture and it will keep the image in the project even after you delete the original photo from its location, photoshop will not ask you where it is.
I am trying to make a project for my client where i can simply give him the AE project, instead of a folder with all of the footage in it.
