AE 2D TRACK imported from NUKE?

#1

perhaps a noob question, but can’t figure it out to save my soul.
as we’re all aware, AE’s 2d track isn’t the most… sensitive.

however, I love the smooth & precise tracks I get from nuke (but due to a few finishing techniques & the production house at which I currently reside, I can’t completely composite in nuke).

SO.
rather than ANOTHER workaround, including IXIR, MoCon, etc…
is there a way to export/import or copy/paste tracking data from NUKE 2d track to AE null?

a gizmo?

anyone?

thanks so much in advance.
xoxo

I am only aware of a script importing Shake tracking data in AE:

For Nuke to AE I don’t know a direct solution, but here are at least some solutions to go from Nuke to Shake:

You can change between most comon apps using Tracksperanto:

i’ll check out the shake tutorials & see if anything seems to correlate.
…and tracksperanto is an awesome alternative.

thanks for all of your help, guys!
