adobe media encoder cs5 issue

I’m using adobe cs5, and my media encoder is missing most of the export formats.

It is only showing FLV/F4V, H.264, MPEG-2, MPEG2-DVD, MPEG2-BLU-RAY.

When I export single sequences from premiere i have access to all the output formats.

I did a quick google search and it could be codecs installed on the machine causing problems.

It seemed like there was the K-Lite codec pack installed on this machine, and I got it removed but didn’t make any difference. It seems very difficult to completely remove codecs.

Anyone know a way around this?
