Adding/ Tweaking face shapes to a model

Hi,

I am an animator working exclusively with xsi over the last few years. Recently, I am trying to pick up maya in my spare time, and have downloaded this free model Andy on the net. The rig is really awesome, but the face shapes are a bit limited for facial animation. I am thinking of performing a facelift to the model and I am wondering how people go about doing it. Any tips and tricks? Thanx

Hi… !

Just switch “Off” skin cluster envelope----> 0. Duplicate the model. Tweak the Shape n Add as a blend shape to the Original model (first select the tweaked mesh then the original model and goto—> Deform>create blend shape). After that select the original mesh and drag down the blend shape node below the skin cluster in the All Input’s of the Mesh.
