Gday all,
Ok so I'm going through the process of creating an animation showreel to hopefully get my first job in the industry.
First off here is a short audio clip from a recent 11 second competition that I have been working on and I'm at the stage where I need some outside critique as I've been staring at and listening to it for a while now. I can see that the lip sync/ facial needs a bit of work (especially at the end). So anything that you see which I should fix up or focus on would be much appreciated.

Also in regards to creating pieces for a reel is there things that I should definately have in there, eg. walk, acting, sync, weight. Should I put an emphasis on any of these in particular as I'm mostly hoping to get into either tv/film but even games would be fine.
Cheers Jake.
