I’ve just found CgTalk and I like browsing the challenges. Finally I registered because this challenge sounds so cool. I am looking forward to participating.
My idea is for a World War I style wood and canvas monowing aircraft that somebody created in their barn. I need to flesh out the idea more and start sketching…

the fuselage and wings will be fabric covered and the wings will actually flap like a bird to provide lift in addition to the small engine and prop…

Ok, Thanks.
I’ve continued to work, so there is a slight gap in the modeling process that won’t be shown… Here is my first working image of my progress… (sorry bout the pixelation)
The outriggers on the wings are for the ‘wing flapping device’ which I am in the process of modeling…
