Sounds like a real interesting artist. If you could dig up the name I would be most grateful.
Are you going to implement some of that thinking?
-OZ- man I thought you were mad cos I replied so late on your mail, still feel sorry about it.
Well I see your not or am I wrong?:surprised
Mikeal.P.: Well when I see the name I rember it I hope but I’ll trac him down for you, maybe I honemy grand ma for it… I hope she does rember.
sorry my english>>Dutch dictonary is in my other house ( student house ) but could you explain implement?
well I got stuck on my cross section but tomorow I promis and update. nowe I go ZzzZzzzzzZzzzzzzzz
im really like your design. Do you have a character? that thing will look awesome with someone on it:p :bounce:
that would be great
I will put it in other words. Are you going to use some of that artists thinking in your design. Lots of wires, balanced gracefully with weights.
well first to start off with the pics I found in my mohers bookshelf of the artist. I liked so manny pics that it was hard to choose which I would scan well you have to d it with this cos if not I would fill my whole threath with images of his art.
And the name is CALDER well enjoy…and especially Mikael.P.
Elf: It will have a character but I will make him later but he is a fun looking guy, no pics still wandering in my crazy mind telling me what to do with his boat.
This looks just like the surf board thing off of the new Treasure Planet movie from Disney, just before anyone says anything, I am not accusing you of anything - just had to say that. Anyway, I really like it.
Just watch the trailer to see the surfboard
Thank you for sharing those images. I think you should aim for something a little more graceful. Now it looks to much like a boat. Make it larger and more slender.
But you got the curves absolutely right.
Mikael P.
No prob man, I hope you liked them.
well to be clear it is a boat i canceled the surfboard cos it doesn’t fit then the boat doesn’t have a cabin so it stays flat.
Blake Kehler
Never heard of that disney, well sorry my connection is far to slow for dl a trailer so thanks anyway, You don’t got a pic of it?
Serull…Thanks man. well it just is a shape nothing detail got a bit stuck with crosssection but now I fixed it.
To all:
the skin of the boa will be similar as that of a fish then it will get a wooden top deck and well tomorow a other day to work on it.
thnks for the feedback
>>>>>>well I’ve been modeling the rough shapes some more still some objects to make and then I go to the detailed part.
well enjoy
oh! :applause: Your lines has such a nice flow.
Have you thought about making it slightly longer? Will probably lend it more sense of speed.
Mikael P. : well I think I try it cos I thin kyour right but then it will be shown nextr update I’ll post a side viuew of before and after.
Ihad some dificulties updating my 2nd pic so I thin k you missed it
:wavey:
Well here I made a chance as Mikael sudgested. I made the rear longer then it was, well I don’t have the idea which is best.
Well what do you think.:curious:
lol. The shorter one looks best. But if you were to enlarge the sail on the longer version. I think I would go for that one.
Mkael P.
well yes I think I also would go for the shorter version. well one thing abouth the longerversion which I like is that the part behind the cabin is longer so I think I play some more with that. And maybe teh point were the boat reaches his tickest aprt has t o be moved backwards. well tomorrow I got time to try and play some more.
looking good, i think it might look better with a longer board, i actually like the long sail, it makes it more unique, makes “your” surfboard
yEZ! Cool Design!i love that shape!GO!
