Here’s the thing, I read last month there was a security breach on one QR code generator website and it resulted in data leakage of the personal information of like 70,000 users. I almost used it and changed my mind at the last moment!! I started digging around a little, and apparently, I don’t know enough about what to look for. When it comes to security features, I mean.

It was not until last year that I first heard of SOC 2, it’s a procedure that checks if a company can protect the privacy of its customers. So it’s probably your best option to look for a company that’s SOC 2 certified. I think there is something like Type 1 and Type 2 certified, but that’s all I know. At least it might give you an idea in which direction to dig further.

Took me a while to read about what you mentioned; embarrassingly enough, it’s not until just now that I heard of this 
So, there’s this Beaconstac platform that is both SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 certified, so I guess that’s what I’m looking for. Thanks again!
