Is there a way I can read a hole thread in whole without having to click through page 1 2 3 4 5 6 . Is there a way i can choose an option to send me the whole thread as a one page collection of all the replies? This way i could print it and read it offline.

Well, you can click on Thread Tools --> Show Printable Version and then on the upper right:
[i]Show 50 posts from this thread on one page
[/i]But that`s it, you can have max 50 per page as it seems. Better than nothing i guess;)
50 posts per page is the limit and you can also set it in your display options rather than doing the “show printable version” as DruG pointed out.
This is to save us from scrapers killing our forum. The database load required to display every single post for a really long thread is insane
