Here’s a Digital Matte Painting I created in Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended!

well the foreground low clouds need more contrast/ black level/shadow gain, cause they have the same shadow levels as the far background clouds and makes the mountains look they are floating in air, also some better mood than just a regular image would make it interesting, I suggest you play with you mountains visual composition and how the would flow visually, also some focal node would help a lot, with some huge cumulus clouds the sense of scale would be improved as well, hope this helps
