3ds Max mesh's being broken after copying and operation of close/open 3ds max file..

What the problem is that I modelled my object in edit poly mode. When I finished, and copied, it’s topology were disrupted. I thought the max file has to be closed, and the issue would be solved.This did not work. The original operations that I made onto my object were completely broken even in the first edit poly. The stick in the middle that I am talking about…
