3D XSI Generalist
Janimation Inc – Dallas, Texas
We are seeking an full-time, experienced, talented 3D generalist for film, commercial and game trailer production.
Responsibilities
[ul]
[li]General 3D duties including, modeling, animation, texture, lighting, uv maping, camera work, rendering and compositing
[/li][li]Create as needed for production, rendered movies, and presentation materials
[/li][li]Brainstorm and collaborate on creative solutions both technical and storytelling
[/li][/ul]
Qualifications
[ul]
[li]XSI generalist with 3 years
[/li][li]XSI Rendering- 3 Years
[/li][li]XSI Modeling for outstanding high end modeling skills, high poly character models organic and mechanical
[/li][li]Must have the ability to translate 2D concepts and designs into high quality 3D models
[/li][li]Ability to create and implement all the appropriate maps and passes for rendering (beauty, shadow, spec, occlusion, tag, etc.)
[/li][li]Strong ability to create textures in a variety of art styles
[/li][li]Three years experience in animation and the ability to work with team members.
[/li][li]Expert knowledge XSI, knowledge of Photoshop is essential, knowledge of Zbrush is highly desirable
[/li][li]Compositing experience. Minimum 3 years production experience
[/li][li]Must be self motivated, have good communication skills, and work well in a team environment
[/li][li]XSI FX – 2 Years
