Yesterday I uploaded 2 images but one was declined due to previous upload of the same scene (message is in the attached jpeg). The problem is I’ve never uploaded this before as it’s a new project and no previous renders have ever existed. The user I uploaded the images from was created just before I added them to the gallery, so there’s no way ANY images to have been uploaded before these two.
Can someone please why this is happening?

Apologies, that was an error. The actual reason why it was rejected is because you may not submit more than one image to the Showcase Gallery per 48 hour period.

Yeah, we’re currently in the process of rewriting the gallery submission guidelines, which specifically mentions the simultaneous uploading thing, but we haven’t actually updated the submission page itself yet with this information yet. The reason why we don’t allow simultaneous uploading is simply to give everyone a fair chance at getting views and replies in their threads, without one person dominating a page with multiple threads and images.

Yes, that makes sense. I also welcome your decision to raise the bar. Getting in the 3d still gallery should be a reward alone.
