I don’t have Zbrush so chances are I’m not participating :stuck_out_tongue:

but I do have some suggestions:
the 7 sins, strength/force, melancholy, joy, beauty vs uglyness, fashion,…

edit: ok fashion may be more for a modeling course rather than sculption so you can drop that one

my ideas are something like the NR43 `s ideas ,but more focus in expressions like fear, hapinness, angry ,scream,
and another idea could be
the body in movement
lke peolples running ,fighting ,etc

I really learned a lot from the workshop and I will try to partecipate to the new one (even if my skill are of course not at all as the other partecipants). In my opinion we could try emotions, I agree with that.
Fear, angry etc. etc. For improving workshop (which already been great) I think that more references would have surely helped (otherwise is more showcase and less workshop :))))

People/Bodies in stress, battle or wrestle, agony …showed in face and body,…that kind of stuff is my humble suggestion for the new workshop…Oh And u definitely count me in this one.

@ Intervain …wonderfull workshop u did…i am unforgivable for missing that one (work got too much in my way)…but i am not loosing any new one! :slight_smile:

OK…Here is my thought for the next work shop…:slight_smile:

How about the cycle/circle of life…A three figure composition.
YOUTHS/INNOCENCE
MIDDLE LIFES / STRENGTH
OLD AGE / REFLEXTIVE
Can express all of the the emotions, energies,actions,ect. that come with each stage in the cycle / circle of life…MALE AND OR FEMALE, or even a combination of both.
Participents can even incorporate their old age figures from the first work shop into the new three figure composition if they choose to.
It’s an old but proven visual concept used throughout the history of art, and is one that was favored by many of the the OLD MASTERS…:slight_smile:
I have never seen this concept created/composed using 3D…might be interesting, and for sure would be a challenge to creat a cohiesive composition…using three figures…:slight_smile:

Or if you want to push the “old age” a bit further and make it “older age”, a great exercise could be a selfportrait from 2017…

I often wonder how I will look in 10 years time…
wouldn’t mind seeing how other people see themselves when they will be 10 years older :slight_smile:

You could also think about themes like…

Gladiator
Iceman/woman
Birth deformities
etc.

LOL …Johan…HEY,You must still be in that innocent stage of TIMELESS YOUTH :scream: …YOU KNOW Magdalena is not going to do a self portrait, especally one that adds ten years on top of what she can already visualize herself looking like in a stage of old age…:scream:…If I did that concept that you just mentioned, all I would have to do, is make a pile of ashes…LOL…ASHES TO ASHES…STARDUST TO STARDUST…ALL WE ARE IS SPIRIT, AND DUST IN THE WIND…:slight_smile:
I was thinking more along the lines of imaginary charaters from each age group, but I suppose they could be from real life, or even from photos, and they wouldn’t even have to be the same character representing each group…just a character that represents that age group well…:slight_smile:
