really cool stuff going on here…

some progress…

#105

Hi this is my start was a 2 hour doodle yesterday.
This is my firts time doing this, creating a character from refrance and adapting it to your own character is easier that coping a painting or sculptur from 1 image.
So this is quite a challenge for me, specially that I’m not a character artist.

but good luck to us all

#106

well … here is my wip so far.
any advice is wellcome.

#107

Hmm. Although I’ve never really done much sculpting (except for making a cube look like a randomly noised cube) I’ll have a try at this…looks interesting. Good luck to everyone else participating.

I stumbled upon this thread just by accident and liked the idea som much that I decided to join the forum just to enter this.

I wanted to start choice 18, but never got that far. I haven’t used any reference yet, but I will look some up for detailing and some anatomy error-repair.
This is what I got thus far. Curious as to see how far I can take this

great challenge.

WONDERFUL WORK IN HERE…AMAZING…

Well, this is my first atempt at 3D sculpting while copying from a photo…only have one screen, so i’m using an image in a book.Used a DaVinci drawing as my refference…will post it later. Just trying to block the figure in, and visulize it in the round…first time that I have tried doing this with a 2d photo…INTERESTING TO SAY THE LEAST …LOL:scream:
I’m new to 3d, and also to Z BRUSH…and am also very intimadated posting this after seeing the great work that’s going on in here,…but have nothing to lose at this point, and maybe a whole lot to gain…time will tell…
TAKE CARE
