Mimic Productions is currently looking for a 3D PRODUCTION COORDINATOR to join our ever growing studio in Wedding, Berlin. This is for a period of 2 months.
You’d be tasked with:
Bringing a higher level of organisation to all projects, ongoing as well as in-preparation
Keeping track of deadlines, schedules, productivity and setbacks
Ensuring that all 3D artists are given the appropriate equipment, instructions, resources, and feedback
Creating a system in which delays don’t prevent us from an on-time delivery
Communicating with our clients and coordinating our team
Ideal candidates will be able to tick as many of these boxes as possible:
Be a very organised and personable individual
Excellent communication skills with native-level English abilities
Demonstrate an ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently in a self-directed manner
Experience with GSuite
A team-oriented attitude
Experience or knowledge of the 3D industry is preferable
Experience in Shotgun Software
