Salary
Simulation industry, Game experience and film quality is required.
Extremely good texture and painting skills.
Modeling and texturing in max and maya. (Max is required)
Max experience (professional) with no crossover work done in any package other than Maya. (So there is no work in XSI, LW, ask if I need to specify)
In depth experience in max. Resulting in the ability to troubleshoot advanced issues and scripting.Max scripting, and or melscripting a plus.
Low poly and highpoly modeling skills both required.
Highpoly models converted to normal maps and textures
Lowpoly models that meet our set standard, and directly use the normal maps generated from the high poly. (zbrush to produce high poly to lowpoly connection.)
Ability to work with little supervision, but supply updates on progress daily, or when specified on the project.
Concept sketching or painting abilities.
Self motivated, good personality.
Technical abilities in 3D, ability to learn new custom applications and interfaces in reasonable time.
Long term employee desired.
AlienBrain asset manager a plus as well.
Provide either a new example or provide a link to an existing example of
[indent][size=2]Vehicle in new game like quality (i.e.: normal mapping, and or Ambient occlusion with approx 1200-3500 polys etc…)
Building that is relatively lowpoly, but uses occlusion and possibly a higher res model to create the AO, and normals, texture.
Characters are less important, but if you have characters and or animation to include please do, but focus on the modeling, and texturing.
