3D Model onto a video Sequence

Hi

I have a video clip ( ± 10min ) and I would like to a 3D model or two from Maya into the sequence. Would I use some matchmoving software to get the placing correct, for were I would like to place them in the scene?

mostly your eyes and your brain, if the camera is moving, you need a match moving software, a compositing software also helps a lot.
