3d max 2019 help ( Cat Rig ) Making A mess new to 3dmax

Hello i am new to 3d max and i am here wasted days trying to rig this dinosaur model.
i have seen many youtube videos on how to rig and i do it my self even if i align it well it ends up skewing the belly or the leg or the tail its getting annoying please help.
