3D GameStudio!

Hi!

I have 3D GameStudio A6 (full version), but I don’t find it’s 3D tools being that good. I have Maya 7.0 Unlimited and 3ds Max 8. There should be plugins for these to export to .mdl format. But where can I get those? (3D GameStudio requires .mdl format).

I looked at www.3dgamestudio.com, but I coulden’t downlod it from there, cause I got the error “The page is missing!”.

Plz help, I really need to get my stuff into 3D GameStudio so that I can start making games!

For Max, I like these two commercial plugins from Malabar: http://www.malabar.tv/home_ok_eng.html

Max2GS will export your levels and Max2MDL converts both static and animated meshes.

there’s an exporter on their site…all ya gotta do is look thru the downloads. ya dodo. :slight_smile:

You can also buy Milkshape or UltimateUnwrap3D. Those will open .3ds and .obj files that you can then save/export to a great variety of 3d game engine formats.
