3d Character Animation course in Asia ?

Hello ,

Now I’m looking for a good 3d Character Animation course in Asia.
I have Basic knowledge about that but I want to be Senior Character animator in the future.

Could anyone suggest some good schools to learn only about advance Character animate in Asia?.
Not online course and all off the 3D animation production
but only About Character animate ,please.

I have looked at HAL. Although you have to be fluent in Japanese.
