Can anyone recommend a good tutorial for compositing 3d in to live action?

I’m not doing this stuff yet, but the course is incredible. I’ve been slowly playing through the disks and I would HIGHLY recommend this course. I don’t work for these guys - I do simple work in archviz in my own company - but I can’t wait to tackle some of the stuff outlined in these DVDs.
