I saw this and am wondering if anyone can confirm this as true.

Very true. But it’s a theoretical limit, not something they’re manufacturing soon…

#3

2TB? As in 2 TeraBytes? That’s pretty scary when you think about it.

#4

good lord…I wonder how much that has to cost…

must…have…it…

#5

took the words right out of my mouth.

#6

Woah, that’s nasty.:scream::thumbsup:

#7

So it would take about 5 hours to transfer the 2 TB. Not bad for that much data… I wonder how many hours of video that thing could have. Not to mention music and pictures.

Looks like Ill need to get a new PDA next year

I dont think my current version could even support a 2TB card.

I would just love a 2TB Harddrive first though before I get a 2TB Memory card.

#9

there’s already a 1.6tb external hd out there… http://www.lacie.com/products/product.htm?id=10129

That drive looks sweet for $1100! A two terrabyte memory card would be nice. Kudos to whomever got that patented.

#11

Yes but technically that’s not really one drive… more like multiple drives running in RAID 0 in an external enclosure.

/me drools at the thought of a 2 TB memory card

#12

I’ll take ten of those, please. To go! :bounce: :applause: :stuck_out_tongue:
