I can't write a post in some forums.. who should I contact??

I want to access the job forum and ask some questions to those who posted jobs.. but I can't do that.

From what I remember:
You can't, by design.
All jobs postings are required to provide a non-free e-mail link and contact info.
If you have questions, forward them to the employer in question, the threads are intentionally locked to anybody but the OP to prevent chatter, bumping, diluting, inappropriate questions and so on in what is, fundamentally, a job billboard.

The forum format was highly rated, so it stayed, but don't confuse the jobs section with an open-for-posting forum. It's not.
