CHARACTER/WIP:Futuristic / Scifi Man.

First of all i would like to say hi to everyone in the forum, I've been observing for a while and became sort of hesitant to posting my own work because every member here are pros of pros. Anyways I started working on this piece a day ago, initially it was just a random figure on a piece of binder paper, but i really liked the pose so decided to make it into a more formal work. It's near completion right now and I would like to have some comments/critiques on it.

I know that the upper body is not really in proportion with the lower body, initially on my sketch the guy's body was supposed to be slightly bent backwards, but i didnt make it this way when i drew the clothes on. I will be using this as one of my porfolio pieces for college so I'm looking forward to some critiques to help me fix any other problems. thanks.

fix proportions

If this is a real piece than fix the proportions that you know are wrong or just chop off the lower section. Upper body is very nice. The legs are way too short. He must be buddies with Cotton Hill from King of the Hill.
