Mirror keys biped [3d studio max]

HI.

I'm having this little problem with the biped, See i want to make a walk cycle, and instead of animating a step, and then doing that same step for the other side, i would like to know how i can copy a set of keys, and paste the set of keys mirrored behind the first set of keys.

I can ofcourse copy the poses for each keys, but since u can mirror keys in the keyframing tools (it just replaces the old keys instead of appending new ones), so i think this should be possible.

I tried looking in the help fle, also on google, but i think i'm doing something wrong.

Someone else asked the exact question here before but never got an answer, i hope someone can help this time.

I understand that it's fairly simply to mirror a pose, or even the entire track of a Biped. However, I would like to isolate a set range of keys, copy them, and paste them mirrored directly after the selected sequence.*
