Some pointers please?

Hi guys, i've been asked to model an animate a cartoon frog, modelling was no problem.. just i've never really had much experience animating characters.. just a very basic understanding is what i have.

Heres the model as it is.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

What would really help if someone could do a quick paint over as to how they would rig it..
Considering the mouth will be the most animated out of everything.

Cheers, Dan
