Short movie - 1 Fr The waffle

Hello everyone !

I'd like to show you my student short-movie which I did during the last 6-7 months. I hope you can give me some feedback so I can improve for my next CG work, although I know there a lot thing that I wanted to change but I didn't have enough time to do so.

Whatever... For this short the theme was the "Funfair". We had to be simple and make that the movie doesn't last more than about 1 minute. Besides the movie making, we also had attend to lessons to improve our 3D and animation level.

Besides, we had to use only the scanline renderer (and try not to have long rendering time, 1min30 per frame for my movie). Software used were 3ds Max, Adobe After effect and Adobe Premiere.

Enough talking, here is the link:

I hope you'll enjoy it.

Overall I liked it, it was fun to see the progression of tricks and how they all flowed into the next. Nice little ending as well with the boy. My main critique would be the animation feels just a little lacking throughout, but it never ruined the short for me.

Congrats on finishing!

Thanks guys ! It´s always nice to get some feedback, positive and negative ! At least there is some reactions .

Michael5188 : I was thinking about improving the whole rendering and animation, since we had such a short time to do it. Maybe I´ll do it if I get some time during my internship. Happy you still liked the movie although the animation is lacking .
