Short Character Animation

I've decided to show some guy shooting. While it's not important the level of detail, other than being "low," I do want to keep it in the realm of "game-like."

Here's the link to my site that has it,

and here's the direct link,

I like the overall idea, the way he swoops around and shoots, but the action is too smooth. The whole movement of the swoop runs at exactly the same speed. Ease out, then get the part where the leg sweeps out moving faster, and ease in a bit at the foot plant, with more settle (quickly) into the pose. You've got some of this ease out and speed up going nicely when he takes off after the shooting, but again a little anticipation here would help too, like bracing himself and pulling back for a few frames, then taking off.
