What is the best form of texturing/mapping
Ive been using zbrush and 3d studio max for a number of years. Im at a stage where I am happy with my modelling though i've always steered clear of texturing/mapping.
Im wondering what is the best form of texturing/mapping?
Im currently doing a tutorial on UVW mapping and am having trouble with the 'Seams'.
I see how easy it is to paint the textures on in Zbrush though i worry that this isnt the proper
way to go about it, though i dont have enough experience with texturing to know if that's correct.
If someone has any tips, advice or tutorials on good solid mapping for a beginner that
would be amazing.
