Tim Alexander on Rango :: Artist Profile

CGSociety had a great talk with Tim Alexander, the VFX Supervisor on 'RANGO', ILM's first animated feature film. His history shows a great line of work, leading to the characters and dirtied-up textures of this amazing film.

For Editor and features writer, CGSociety; Global Artist Liaison, Ballistic Publishing. Freelance writer, media consultant & digital producer.

Congrats! Characters are fabulous in every way, details are phenomenal, the entire look is incredible, a nice homage to spaghetti western too.

I just saw this in digital projection this weekend. Best $9 I've spent at the theater in a long time.
