Probably a stupid question

I recently started using After Effects CS4 (well, an hour ago actually), but have used Adobe Products (Ps, Ai, Id, Fl and Dw) previously. I haven't worked a lot with video before, I tended to shoot it and send it to people for editing, but since I own the program anyway, I thought I might as well start using it.

Going back to topic, I basically did a very simple, 9-minute video with my webcam. It automatically saves things as WMV.

So, I import the WMV into After Effects, and it displays an audio track in the preview icon in the project palette. But as soon as I drag that into the composition panel, the composition accepts the video but completely gets rid of the audio.

My question: How do I get it to retain the audio track when dragging the video into the composition palette?

Thanks in advance,

See this FAQ entry.

See this FAQ entry:

Since you're new to After Effects, I very strongly recommend that you start here:
