How to make cube of curves

I will use it for constrain object and i want to be single closed curve , i tried many things but i just cant make it - the main problem is the connecting of all single line curves into cube.

Not that it answers your question directly, but I usually use the wire controlers script from:

It has spheres, cubes and a number of other usefull controler shapes.

But I understand why you'd want to know how to do it

You can create a poly cube make it live and then using the EP curve draw a curve passing by all verts until you get the cube shape, to make it easy you can double pass verts.

you'll have to parent multtiple shapes into single transform, this option is not available in UI, but possible with "parent -shape" command (not sure if flag is called that exactly, look again in documentation).
