*Solverd* Thin mesh sculpting

I have a small problem with Zbrush. When I try to sculpt this thin mesh (on side 1), it also applies the sculpting on the back (Side 2.). How do I prevent this from happening?

So when I sculpt something coming out on side 1, the mesh consequently dents in on side 2, and I just want Z-brush to leave side 2 alone

Thanks,

Cobra 6

You might try masking the side you want to protect and see if that helps.
