Installing 3DS Max

We've got Max installed on two of our studio machines and we need to install on a third. It's been a couple of years since we did this and in looking at the discs we have on hand, we have the following:
3DS max 2008;
3DS Max 9;
3DS Max 2009 Select Subscription Edition.

The 3DS max 9 box says "Upgrade from Legacy" on the serial # sticker but the disc is (c)2006, and the others are newer.

So I'm confused as to which to install, or if I need to install one, then the upgrade on top of it? the Autodesk website is not clear on any of this.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

EDIT: Never mind, it installed just fine!
