Hey all,
I have a picture that I want to composite into a picture of a person. I want the first picture to look like it is a tatoo on a person's arm in the second picture. Does anyone have any hints on how I might be able to do this? Thanks so much!

You could try a mild displacement map to conform to the shape of the body. See here - www.gurusnetwork.com/tutorials/photoshop/displace5.html.

Or, if the skin surface the tattoo is going on is fairly flat, you could shade in any shadows and highlights yourself.
