yeah, man.. I can't WAIT for this game... I'm gonna order a Radeon 9600 Pro just so I can play it... I would spring for the 9800... but this freaking college debt is killin' me.

I'm In the same boat 30,000 dollars down :S oh well hopefully I can get a nice job in 3d and pay it of in 5 years by living frugally

I know this video card discussion is going on in another HL2 thread, but I just hate to think that i might have to also.
I mean this is one of the few games that has be considering preordering, and now i don't think i will.
I'm gonna wait and see how it runs on others computers.

IMO, there might be others out there thinking like i am too, and i think it would have been best for Vavle/Nvidia/Ati to just shut up, because it's bad PR.

yeah... I was thinkin' I didn't remember that guy looking quite as hefty...

and, yes, I can talk.. just recently I went from a size 42 waist to a size 34... in other words, dropped 55 pounds. and it's been off for a good 3 months now (after about 4 months of loosing). so there...

yeah, i've recently found all of my clothes are too huge too. spending much more time *away* from the pc and getting a life did wonders for me
