Relighting in nuke

hello nukers,
anyone got any idea how can i composite a surface normals pass from maya in nuke,
i have searched around cgtalk and found this link

it tells you the 2 passes you need to make it work
the surface normals
and the pointworld
but how can i composite that in nuke?
