boujou track

Need some help, I'll post a test clip that i'm working on, what i'm try to do is to have a car move from point A to point B.
prob 1 box look so much bigger in first frame but the is look ok close to the end.
should it not be smaller from far away? the perspective at first seems wrong.
prob 2 box drifting off to the left side by the end of the frame
i used boujou as tracking export to maya. looks ok when object standing still.
but the moving object animation shows it is way off, and i'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. the object seems to arc instead of staying straight on the street.
is there a setting in boujor that is not been set? i'm using Fee Move and also use Nodal Pan both setting give me same problem.
any idea what am i doing wrong
