Cool WIP: Need help with head model. Thank :)

Greetings all. I've been a lurker on these boards for a while now. I've been looking at other peoples work and enjoying the fine quality. The Pascal Challange shows the imagination and skill of the artists here.
On to me. This is the first organic model I've ever done.... in max or otherwise. I'd very much like your critique and opinions on this. It is a WIP and I've allready spent some hours on it. Thank you.

The pic is here. Cut and paste the URL into your browser.

Go easy this is my first try.

Thanks.

Thank you. I'll get to work on the lips... I just can't realy figure out how to do 'em. The eyes are another problem area.... hehe... well I'll just keep on trying. I'm still learning Max. Meshtools are great though
